No, once tickets have been issued, they are non-transferable and must be used by the named attendee(s). We are able to accomodate a simple name change should this be required.

We strongly advise taking out travel insurance to protect your booking in the event you’re unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.

Yes, we always ensure that members of the same booking are seated together.

Match dates and kick-off times are occasionally revised, sometimes with only a few weeks' notice. We'll contact you via email as soon as changes are confirmed to review any revised accommodation needs. Your booking will remain valid for the rescheduled fixture.

If a fixture is rescheduled, your tickets and hospitality package will automatically carry over to the new date—at no extra cost.

If your booking includes a guest with disability or ambulant access requirements, please let us know before making the reservation. We will register the request with Liverpool FC. The guest must also contact the LFC Disability Team at disability@liverpoolfc.com or call +44 (0)151 264 2500 to confirm bay availability for the chosen lounge and match. Unregistered disability bookings may be refused entry, and refunds will not be issued.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over at all times while inside the stadium. Please ensure that minors are supervised, especially in high-traffic areas such as concourses and seating blocks.

All hospitality areas are for home supporters only. Any supporters seen to be supporting the away team will be ejected from the stadium immediately. Any attempt to gain access to the stadium wearing or carrying apparel (including hats and/or scarves) that demonstrate support for the away club, will result in admission being refused or them being ejected from the stadium. In such circumstances no refund or alternative seat will be offered, nor any form of compensation or refund for missing part or all of the Match and package.
