When will I receive my tickets?
You can expect to receive your tickets via email no later than three days before the scheduled event.
I haven't received my tickets — what should I do?
Please check your junk or spam folder first, as ticket emails occasionally land there. To avoid missing important information, add orders@to-sports.com to your safe sender list.
Are the tickets transferable to someone else?
No, once tickets have been issued, they are non-transferable and must be used by the named attendee(s). We are able to accomodate a simple name change should this be required.
Do you offer discounted prices for children or seniors?
Unfortunately, concession pricing is not available. Football clubs and hotel partners do not provide reduced rates for children or senior citizens.
Is it possible to book a family room or a roll-away?
Yes. We're happy to arrange a family package tailored to your needs—just contact us with your requirements.
Can I pay using cash or a cheque?
No. We accept payments by credit or debit card only.
Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly advise taking out travel insurance to protect your booking in the event you’re unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
What if I decide not to go to the match? Can I get a refund?
We’re unable to offer refunds if you choose not to attend the event.
Will my group be seated together?
Yes, we always ensure that members of the same booking are seated together.
How are fixture changes handled?
Match dates and kick-off times are occasionally revised, sometimes with only a few weeks' notice. We'll contact you via email as soon as changes are confirmed to review any revised accommodation needs. Your booking will remain valid for the rescheduled fixture.
What happens if a match is moved to a new date?
If a fixture is rescheduled, your tickets and hospitality package will automatically carry over to the new date—at no extra cost.
I'm booking for someone with accessibility needs — what should I know?
If your booking includes a guest with disability or ambulant access requirements, please let us know before making the reservation. We will register the request with Liverpool FC. The guest must also contact the LFC Disability Team at disability@liverpoolfc.com or call +44 (0)151 264 2500 to confirm bay availability for the chosen lounge and match. Unregistered disability bookings may be refused entry, and refunds will not be issued.

Is there an age restriction at Anfield?
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over at all times while inside the stadium. Please ensure that minors are supervised, especially in high-traffic areas such as concourses and seating blocks.
I want to stay at a different hotel not listed on your site? Can I?
